Ayurvedic Programs

Three ayurvedic programs built on a one-to-one assessment of your constitution and your current imbalance, followed by a nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits how you actually live, eat and sleep.

From USD 88. Online, in English or Spanish.

What ayurvedic programs are

Ayurvedic programs are structured accompaniment plans that open with a consultation, in which a practitioner identifies your prakriti and vikriti, meaning your natural constitution and the imbalance you are carrying right now, and translates that reading into a specific plan for food, daily rhythm and habits.

This is not symptom-by-symptom treatment. Two people with the same complaint of poor digestion often need opposite advice, because the underlying pattern differs. The consultation exists to find that pattern before anything is prescribed.

The assessment covers your health history, your current diet, your sleep and energy through the day, your digestion, your stress load and your working life. From there we identify your dominant Ayurvedic doshas and the imbalances behind what brought you here. All three ayurvedic programs start from this same assessment.

Ayurveda is recognised as one of the oldest whole-medical systems still in practice, and the US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health notes that its treatment approach combines diet, lifestyle and plant-based products. That is the same combination these programs work with, alongside your conventional care rather than instead of it.

Herbs, oils and supplements used in ayurvedic programs laid out on a wooden table
Plant oils, spices and seeds are the working material of an Ayurvedic plan, chosen for your constitution rather than applied as a fixed protocol.

How the process works

All three ayurvedic programs follow the same three stages. What changes between them is the depth of the plan and how long the accompaniment lasts.

1

Assessment

A 60-minute video consultation covering your health history, lifestyle, goals and the imbalances bringing you here. We identify your dosha and establish a clear starting point.

2

Your plan

A written plan built for your constitution, your season and your real kitchen. Depending on the program this includes a nutrition plan, a recipe book, daily and seasonal routines, and therapeutic massage.

3

Accompaniment

Follow-up sessions and a support channel so the plan adapts to what is actually happening. Ayurveda works when it adjusts to your life, not when it is imposed on it.

The three ayurvedic programs

Each of the ayurvedic programs builds on the one before it, so you can start with the first and move up as your process evolves.

Who this is for

Most people arrive with one persistent thing that has not resolved on its own. The ayurvedic programs are built for that situation rather than for acute problems.

Butterfly pea flower infusion, honey and lemon prepared as herbal drinks for dosha balance
Herbal infusions are one of the simplest adjustments a plan starts with, adapted to your dosha and the season.

Common reasons people book

Digestion that has been unreliable for months. Energy that drops at a predictable hour every day. Difficulty falling asleep or waking at the same time each night. Weight that will not shift despite reasonable eating. Stress that has started showing up physically. Skin or hormonal changes without an obvious cause.

What you get out of it

A clear reading of your constitution, an explanation of why your particular pattern produces the symptoms you have, and a plan you can actually follow. Not a generic wellness list.

When this is not the right fit

If you have an acute condition, a recent diagnosis under active treatment, or symptoms that have appeared suddenly, see your physician first. Ayurvedic accompaniment works alongside conventional care and coordinates with it. It does not replace it.

Who you will be working with

Rushi Ayurveda was founded by Sergio Gómez. Before Ayurveda he spent years in the restaurant industry and ran his own vegetarian restaurant, Rushi Comida Sana, then collaborated for more than three years with Ayurvedic medicine specialist César Arias. He trained and certified in Ayurvedic nutrition and massage in India and Spain, and has worked with clients in Spain, Mexico, the United States and Canada.

That combination of professional chef, anthropologist and certified Ayurvedic therapist is what shapes the approach here: the nutrition plans are written by someone who knows what people will realistically cook.

What clients say

Verified reviews from clients in the United States, Mexico and beyond.

Sergio made me a nutrition plan adapted to my dosha along with other recommendations, including a cleanse aimed at some of my health issues. The plan was really complete and included lifestyle habits. After following it carefully for months my digestion and headaches have improved considerably, I sleep better, and I have more energy generally.

Kathleen Jones
United States

The care has been very good and he responds the moment I ask. The guidance has been excellent, from nutrition to small tips. Despite the distance, since I live in Mexico, he keeps me motivated to maintain a healthy life and stays attentive.

Plastijon
Mexico

Excellent care and treatments. They listen carefully to your needs and create a specific plan for each person.

Before you book

If you would like to understand the framework first, these cover the ground the consultation is built on:

Start with Ayurvedic principles for the foundations, then Ayurvedic doshas for the constitutional model. If you already have a sense of your type, read vata dosha, pitta dosha or kapha dosha directly.

Looking for something else? See the Ayurvedic diet plan if you only need the nutrition side, or the Ayurvedic cleanse kits for seasonal detox support.

Common questions

Is the consultation available online?

Yes. All consultations are held by Google Meet video call, and you receive the access link by email and WhatsApp. Sessions are recorded only if you ask for it. The Immersion program is the one exception, since the abhyanga massage sessions are in person.

What languages do you work in?

Consultations are held in English or Spanish, in time slots coordinated with your time zone.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Nothing formal. It helps to think through your current concerns, your daily routine, what you typically eat and how you have been sleeping, so the session can go deeper faster. If you have recent lab work or a diagnosis from your physician, have it available.

Which of the ayurvedic programs should I choose?

If you are curious about Ayurveda or carrying a mild concern, Your Ayurvedic Map gives you the assessment and a clear direction. If you have a persistent issue and have already decided to act on it, Ayurvedic Balance is the program most clients need, since it includes the nutrition plan and the accompaniment. Ayurvedic Immersion suits people who want a deeper three-month process and can attend in-person massage sessions.

Can I move up to a longer program later?

Yes. Each program builds on the previous one, so you can start with Your Ayurvedic Map and scale up as your process evolves.

What if I need to reschedule?

Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session, except in cases of justified force majeure.

Is my information confidential?

All clinical, personal and nutritional information shared during the process is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Testimonials are only used with express written consent.

Can this replace my doctor?

No, and it is not intended to. Ayurvedic accompaniment is complementary. Where there is a diagnosed condition, the recommendations are designed to coordinate with your treating physician. Rushi Ayurveda does not prescribe medication and does not issue clinical diagnoses.

This page is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Ayurvedic accompaniment does not replace conventional medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescribed medication, consult your physician before making changes to your diet or routine.
